Personalized Support for Your Health, Nutrition & Fitness Goals.
Hi! Nice to meet you!
I’m Anna - a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer. My goal is to help you make sense of nutrition, build confidence with fitness, and make sustainable changes that support your health and fit your real life.
I take an all foods fit, evidence-based approach that moves away from restrictive diets and unrealistic food rules. Whether you're navigating a health condition, working toward a specific nutrition goal, improving your relationship with food, or simply looking to feel stronger and healthier, we'll focus on practical strategies you can actually use.
My areas of focus include weight management, prediabetes and diabetes, heart health and cholesterol, digestive health and food allergies, kidney disease, PMOS, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, cognitive impairments, and sports and performance nutrition.
I believe nutrition and fitness should make your life better - not take it over. Let's find an approach that works for you.
