I’m Anna - a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer whose mission is to guide and support you to manage or prevent nutrition-related health conditions. My approach focuses on helping you to make long-term, sustainable changes to take control of your health and ultimately feel your best.
I have a passion for helping my patients eat with intention for their health goals, prevent and manage chronic disease, overcome unrealistic food rules, and encourage body confidence - all through doable, evidence based nutrition strategies.
My specialties include: weight management, pre diabetes and diabetes, heart disease and high cholesterol, digestive disorders and food allergies, kidney disease, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, cognitive impairments, and athletic performance nutrition.

Professional Bio
Annamarie Saracino-Fox is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer based out of Philadelphia, PA. She earned a Master’s Degree in Nutrition at Drexel University, and completed her Dietetic Internship with Sodexo where she applied medical nutrition therapy in an acute care rehabilitation center and provided nutrition counseling in a private practice setting.
Annamarie continued her work in private practice where she counsels patients with disordered eating patterns, prediabetes and diabetes, heart disease, gastrointestinal disorders, kidney disease, PCOS, sports performance, and weight management.
In her free time, she enjoys lifting weights, running, hiking, cycling, and eating great food with family and friends.
